Popis

The application of previously developed semi-mechanistic model of steam-cracking is presented in the paper. A model of industrial cracking unit consisting of ten crackers processing varying feedstock has been developed by a compilation of previously published models. Final model was optimized for a data collected by a hot-gas sampling method. This model was applied to a data set collected during the monitoring process of entire production unit. Comparison of simulation and process balance results is presented and discussed.
